What time does 13TH HOUR RISING Open? 13TH HOUR RISING ( Haunted Hayride) is open every Friday & Saturday starting October 1st through October 30th . We are open from 7 to 10 pm, all nights. Gates open at 6:30 pm. What is the best time to arrive? It is always best to arrive as early as possible. The closer to Halloween it gets, the busier it becomes. What age is your Haunted Hayride appropriate for? We recommend 13 and up, given the nature of our show. Anyone under 13 must be with an adult. This hayride is NOT for young children. We are creepy, edgy and scary! You as a parent must make that final judgement call. Do the Monsters touch you? Yes! Our monsters may touch you. How many people fit on a hayride? Approximately 45 to 55 They are very large! How can I find out if you are closed due to weather issues? Our facebook page is our quickest way to push out information, that would be our first suggestion. We have an automated phone system. Employees will be answering calls. If you are in question, please call ahead before you make the trip. SORRY, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS and all tickets must be used in 2021 . What type attire is required? 13TH HOUR RISING ( Haunted Hayride) is located outside on a Christmas Tree Farm, in the DARK! It is clean and dry, however be sure to dress warm! Do not wear open toe shoes! What time do you close? Our ticket windows will close at 10pm. We are open until the last ticket holder has gone through. Customers will be given ample time to finish both attractions. Is there food available? Yes, 13TH HOUR RISING has a full food court, with a host of sweet treats, Hoffmann Hot dogs, Gianelli sausage,Cams Pizza, cider, drinks, chips, candy, hot cocoa, baked goods from Ontario Orchards & Tops, etc.. plus an (area) with heat... out of the rain !! Is there security at 13TH HOUR RISING ? Yes. 13TH HOUR RISING has a team in place, as well as EMT’S for medical emergencies. 13TH HOUR RISING has a zero tolerance for troublemakers. Anyone causing a disturbance will be ejected from the event with no refunds. We want everyone to have a safe and fun time! Is there anything we are not permitted to bring in? Yes. The following items are not allowed: weapons of any kind, drugs, alcohol, bodies (we supply our own,) flashlights, cameras and pets. There is no SMOKING on the grounds. You may wear a costume, however you are not permitted to have their faces covered by a mask or make up.
